We can usually produce most orders within 1 day depending on when it’s received, the variety of flavors and sizes selected. Most online orders received by 11 AM (MST) will ship same-day or be available for pick-up in the afternoon. Bulk orders for custom favors, gift tins, wholesale accounts, fundraisers, etc. will typically require at least 3-5 business days’ lead time according to production schedules. Please allow extra lead time during the busy holiday season, November 1 – December 31st.
Please reference our shipping chart for the number of days it will take on average to reach your desired destination. Orders ship from our production facility in Tempe, Arizona. Arizona orders will arrive within 1-2 days via UPS or FedEx.
Popcorn’s greatest enemies are oxygen, moisture, heat, and light. Minimizing all four elements will greatly reduce the likelihood that your popcorn will spoil before you’re able to eat the entire bag. We recommend re-sealing and storing Kettle Heroes popcorn and kettle corn bags in a dark pantry, cabinet, or even the refrigerator, at or below room temperature. Kettle corn that is exposed to humid climates will become sticky and chewy, so it’s highly advisable that if you’re experiencing a rainstorm or you’re just unlucky to not live in the desert, that you keep your kettle corn bag sealed when possible.
Yes, all orders that use a recipient shipping address local to the Phoenix, Arizona metro area are given an option for free “Local Pick-up” during selection of shipping methods. If you are an out-of-towner and visiting Arizona and wish to pick-up your order, please use either our factory address (1705 W. Ruby Dr. Ste 107, Tempe, AZ 85284) as your recipient address to receive the local pick-up shipping option.
Yes, we sell our popcorn in many popular retail and grocery stores throughout Arizona, California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Please use our “Store Locator” to find the closest stores to the location you provide.
We recommend you email us the details of any bulk orders that need to be shipped to multiple recipient addresses. We can create one order for you and will upload your recipient shipping list into our shipping software. Simply include a spreadsheet with your recipient shipping information separated out by individual columns. For example, First Name (Column A), Last Name (Column B), Street Address Line 1 (Column C), Street Address Line 2 (Column D), City (Column E), State (Column F), Zip Code (Column G), etc. Please email your bulk order information to email@example.com .
Simply email your custom-label design details and graphics to firstname.lastname@example.org . We prefer graphics to be sent in PNG, JPG, PDF, or Adobe Illustrator formats. If your company has specific brand guidelines such as fonts and colors, please share that with us and we’ll do our best to match them. It’s helpful if you know your Font Names and Color (HEX, RGB, or Pantone) codes. We will create initial label proofs and will email you for approval prior to printing.
