Aaron Sinykin
Older Brother, Co-Founder, and CEO
Aaron is the go-to numbers guy and fearless leader, keeping Kettle Heroes organized and moving in the right direction. The eldest of the Sinykin brothers, Aaron started the family migration to sunny Arizona from the cold, frozen tundra of Madison, Wisconsin. With a B.S. in Finance and MBA from Arizona State University, he cut his financial teeth as a Finance Analyst for Intel Corp. for a number of years before entering the food service world as a Subway franchisee. As one of the youngest Subway franchisees in Arizona, he was selected as one of the Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35 by the Arizona Republic in 2009. After growing the Subway business to a peak of 12 restaurants, he made the foray into the home care industry through the acquisition of Advanced Senior Care Agency and the development of Devoted Guardians. A lifelong football fan, you can find him busy setting his fantasy football team lineup from August – December.
Rudi Sinykin
Younger and More Handsome Brother, Co-Founder, and COO
Rudi runs the day-to-day operations of Kettle Heroes, from popping and packaging fresh kettle corn to new product development and marketing support. After completing his B.A. in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, Rudi learned the ins and outs of brand and product management from the gurus at Newell Rubbermaid, where he first served as a Field Marketing Rep at Sanford Pen Company before working as a Product Manager for Rubbermaid Home Products, then located in Wooster, Ohio. Rekindling his love for Latin culture, he spent two years living and studying in Barcelona, Spain, where he completed his MBA from ESADE Business School in 2008. Returning to the States, he joined forces with Aaron and became a Subway franchisee, helping to manage and grow the business, before the team sold their stores in the summer of 2013. Rudi enjoys playing Pickleball and learning Portuguese so he can better understand when his Brazilian wife is mad at him.
