   Browse the gourmet popcorn range and select the flavors you’d like to include in your custom popcorn sampler gift box.
3. Determine Quantity
   Mailer Boxes come with a minimum order quantity of 50 boxes.
4. Add to Cart & Checkout
   • Review your order details to ensure everything is accurate.
   • Apply any available discounts or promotions, and proceed to payment.
   • Let us know your preferred delivery date. We ensure your gifts are shipped to arrive fresh and on time. The minimum lead time is 4 weeks.
   • For multiple shipping locations or recipients, please email us your shipping addresses in a spreadsheet to orders@kettleheroes.com.
5. Customize Your Mailer Box
   • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details.
   • Respond to the confirmation email with your brand’s logo, colors, and any specific design elements or messages you’d like to feature.
   • Our in-house design team will craft a design that aligns with your brand guidelines and captures the essence of your message.
6. Review the Design
   Once the draft design is ready, we’ll send it over for your review. Make sure to check all details and request any changes or tweaks if needed.

How do I order in bulk and drop-ship to multiple recipients?

We recommend you email us the details of any bulk orders that need to be shipped to multiple recipient addresses. We can create one order for you and will upload your recipient shipping list into our shipping software. Simply include a spreadsheet with your recipient shipping information separated out by individual columns. For example, First Name (Column A), Last Name (Column B), Street Address Line 1 (Column C), Street Address Line 2 (Column D), City (Column E), State (Column F), Zip Code (Column G), etc. Please email your bulk order information to orders@kettleheroes.com.

How long does unopened popcorn stay fresh?

Our gourmet popcorn is hand-crafted in small batches for quality and freshness and each bag is marked with a “best before” date. However, you can typically expect popcorn in sealed bags can stay fresh for up to 6 months.
